Η διδασκαλία του χορού για τη σχολή μας είναι πάθος και όραμα για επιτυχία μέσα από αγάπη και σεβασμό. Βοηθάμε κάθε παιδί να κτίσει γερά θεμέλια, να ελέγχει το σώμα του, να μάθει να εκφράζεται, να προσπαθεί και να χαμογελάει σε κάθε βήμα της διαδρομής. Ο συνδυασμός της γνώσης, πειθαρχίας, δημιουργικότητας και χαράς συμβάλει στην πρόοδο του κάθε παιδιού. Ballet teaching is not just teaching steps. We help every child find their own rhythm, feel at home in their body, learn to try, to fall, and to get back up, and to smile through every step of the way. With the English systems of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) in Classical Ballet and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) in Modern Dance, we build on serious foundations: but what stays with us, always, is the look on a child's face the moment they get something important for the first time.
Διπλωματούχος και εγκεκριμένη δασκάλα του Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) στο Κλασσικό Μπαλέτο και Licentiate του Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (LISTD) στον Μοντέρνο Χορό. Το 1996 άνοιξα τη Σχολή μου με ένα απλό όνειρο και στόχο. Μέσα από αγάπη και σεβασμό να μεταδώσω σωστά την τέχνη του χορού, να κρατήσω το επίπεδο ψηλά και να εμπνεύσω το κάθε παιδί να πιστέψει στον εαυτό του.
Τριάντα χρόνια μετά, εκατοντάδες παιδιά έχουν περάσει από την τάξη μου. Δεν διδάσκω μόνο τεχνική, χτίζω χαρακτήρα μέσα από πειθαρχία, δημιουργικότητα και πολλή αγάπη για το χορό.
I didn't just learn ballet and modern dance — I gave my life to them. I hold a Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) diploma in Classical Ballet with Registered Teacher Status, and I'm a Licentiate of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (LISTD) in Modern Dance. In 1996, I opened my School with one simple dream: to give every child a place where they could dance freely, learn seriously, and grow up feeling a little more sure of themselves.
Thirty years on, hundreds of children have passed through my classroom — some shy, some bursting with energy — and every one of them left feeling a little more confident than when they walked in. That's what I do, every single day: I don't just teach technique, I build character, through discipline, creativity, and a whole lot of love for dance.
Η πορεία μου στον χορό ξεκίνησε το 2009, όταν άρχισα μαθήματα Κλασικού Μπαλέτου και Μοντέρνου Χορού στη σχολή της κ. Μαρίας. Πολύ σύντομα αγάπησα τον χορό και, από μικρή ηλικία, ένιωσα πως ήθελα να ακολουθήσω επαγγελματικά αυτή την τέχνη. Συνέχισα στη σχολή της κ. Μαρίας μέχρι την αποφοίτησή μου από το λύκειο τελειώνοντας το grade 8 και Advanced επίπεδο στα συστήματα RAD και ISTD.
Στη συνέχεια, σπούδασα στην Ανώτερη Ιδιωτική Σχολή Χορού Μοραγέμου, πρώην Ραλλού Μάνου, στην Αθήνα, από το 2022 έως το 2025. Σήμερα, επιστρέφω στη σχολή της κ. Μαρίας ως δασκάλα Contemporary, με χαρά να μοιράζομαι την αγάπη και την εμπειρία μου στον χορό με τους μαθητές.
Her dance journey began in 2009, training in Classical Ballet and Modern Dance at Maria's school through to Grade 8 and Advanced level in the RAD and ISTD systems. She went on to study at the Moragemou Dance School (formerly Rallou Manou) in Athens from 2022–2025, and now returns to teach Contemporary here, sharing her love and experience of dance with our students.

Μικρές νεράιδες! tutu, ραβδάκια, κορόνες, πούπουλα, pom poms! Ένα μάθημα για παιδιά από 3 ½ χρονών. Μέσα από παραμύθι, παντομίμα και παιγνίδι τα παιδιά αποκτούν δεξιότητες και καλλιεργούν τη μουσικότητα τους. Μοναδικός μου στόχος είναι τα παιδιά να αγαπήσουν την κίνηση.
Little fairies! Tutus, wands, crowns, wings! A class for children from age 3 ½. Through storytelling, mime, and play, children develop skills and grow their musicality. My one and only goal is for children to fall in love with movement.
Το Κλασσικό Μπαλέτο είναι μια τέχνη βασισμένη στην αρμονία και ακρίβεια της κίνησης. Προσφέρει σωματική και πνευματική καλλιέργεια. Η τεχνική του είναι πολύ μελετημένη, γι' αυτό όταν εκτελείται σωστά καταφέρνουμε να κτίσουμε ένα δυνατό και ευλύγιστο σώμα. Δουλεύουμε μεθοδικά με σεβασμό και αγάπη, ώστε τα παιδιά να μάθουν να αυτοελέγχουν τις δυνατότητες του σώματος τους και να πειθαρχούν.
Ballet is order within movement: but it's also freedom. Every position, every step, teaches a child to listen to their own body, to find discipline without losing the joy, and to feel proud of something they built themselves, one step at a time.

Παλμός, ενέργεια, έκφραση! Σ' αυτό το είδος χορού τα παιδιά εκφράζονται με μεγάλη ελευθερία κινήσεων, αναπτύσσοντας έντονα την αίσθηση του ρυθμού και της δημιουργικότητας. Μεγάλο εύρος κινήσεων, έντονη καλλιτεχνική έκφραση, ευλυγισία και βελτίωση της φυσικής κατάστασης.
From age 6.
Modern dance is where a child gets to simply be themselves, with no rules holding them back. Music, movement, rhythm — and the freedom to express whatever they're feeling, differently every single time.

Ο Σύγχρονος Χορός δεν ακολουθεί τους αυστηρούς κανόνες του Κλασσικού Μπαλέτου. Λύνει το σώμα και μαθαίνει στα παιδιά να εκφράζονται με μεγαλύτερη ελευθερία στην κίνηση μέσα από κυλίσματα, πτώσεις και ανασηκώσεις από το πάτωμα. Προσφέρει δύναμη, ευλυγισία και έλεγχο.
From age 10.
Contemporary dance doesn't follow the strict rules of Classical Ballet. It frees the body and teaches children to express themselves with greater freedom of movement, through rolls, falls, and floor-based lifts. It builds strength, flexibility, and control.
Μέσα από αυτό το μάθημα βελτιώνουμε τη φυσική κατάσταση, τη σωστή θέση του σώματος, προσφέροντας ενδυνάμωση, ευλυγισία και το κυριότερο ψυχική ηρεμία.
This class improves fitness and posture, building strength and flexibility — and, most importantly, a sense of calm.

Exams aren't something for a child to be afraid of: they're a chance to see just how far they've come. Through the official Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) systems, any child who wants to can set a personal goal and reach it, earning an internationally recognised diploma along the way.
They are not compulsory. They are available for any child who wants to feel that one-of-a-kind moment of pride, when all their effort finally pays off.
And after every exam period, we hold Open Classes: a chance for parents to see with their own eyes just how far their child has come.
